1. I have just had an accident, what do I do?
  • The first thing you should do is call your insurance company. They will inform you of the proper procedure to initiate a claim. If you are not going to make a claim, come into one of our shops for a free estimate.
  • If your vehicle is not drive-able and you need a wrecker, we will make coordination immediately for you.

2. How much will it cost to repair my vehicle?
  • If you are going to use your insurance company, your cost is your deductible. Otherwise you pay the estimate in full.

3. How long will it take?
  • Each repair, depending on the severity of damage, availability of replacement parts and sometimes the vehicle make, model and year will dictate the length of time a vehicle is in the shop. Our estimators will give you an approximation to the length of time needed to repair your vehicle.

4. How does a deductible work?
  • The deductible is the first payment toward the repair. Your insurance company will cover all cost over your deductible.
  • For example, the estimate is $1,697.53 and you have a $500.00 deductible, you pay the first $500.00 and the insurance company pays $1,197.53. All payments are due upon completion of repairs.

5. Can you waive my deductible?
  • No, you have entered into a contract with your insurance company and we are obligated to collect it as the first payment toward the total repair. Anything else would be considered fraudulent.

6. What happens if you find additional damage not listed on my original estimate?
  • We will annotate all additional parts and labor needed to restore the vehicle to pre-accident condition and immediately notify the insurance company with a Supplemental Estimate ("supplement"). In most cases the insurance company will send an adjuster to the shop and verify the damages which may add to the repair time.

7. What is a supplement?
  • A supplement is an addendum to the original repair estimate. Because an estimator only should write what they can see, it is common that a supplement is generated after the vehicle is disassembled and additional damage are identified.

8. I have just had an accident, what do I do?
  • If you are making an insurance claim, No. The insurance company pays for everything after your deductible. If you are not using your insurance company you will have to pay for all repair rendered to your vehicle before it is returned to you.

9. What do I do if I need a rental car?
  • Your insurance company will let you know if you have the proper coverage to pay for a rental. Whether you have the proper coverage or not, our shops can assist you in getting a rental car at a discount. In both cases, our shops are set up to coordinate your rental pick-up and drop off at the shop.

10. How do I pay for the rental?
  • Again, if you have the proper coverage your insurance company will assist you with the necessary steps. If you are paying for your own rental the rental car company will ask you to guarantee its use with a credit card.

11. How do I pay for repairs?
  • You are not obligated to pay for repair until your vehicle is complete. However, your vehicle will not be released to you until all payments have been received from you.
  • It is your responsibility to get third party insurance checks properly endorsed prior to vehicle pick-up.
  • Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders are only accepted. Due to the inconsideration of others, personal checks are no longer accepted.

12. Will my vehicle be the same after repairs?
  • Yes. We are obligated to return your vehicle to pre-accident condition. If at any time you are not completely satisfied or have any problems with the repairs that were performed on your vehicle, please bring it back to the shop immediately.
  • Our goal is to have you want to refer your family and friends to our shops when you have collision repair needs.
